MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are my favorite 2 days of the year. This year was so much more relaxed than previous years. It was so nice to have a new baby and slow down a bit and just take it all in.

Our Christmas Eve with the Peterson's was a bit sparse this year! Most of my family was out of town, but that didn't hold us back from my favorite nativity tradition...

My dad reading Luke 2 and full on sobbing at this point...
Jamie getting her baby fix with Ivy...
New Christmas jammies! I'm loving Liza's smile for the camera...
 Santa did a good job...
That big white box is Mikey's new snow blower. It couldn't have come at a better time! Christmas Day was a blizzard and we got a TON of snow...
Waiting to go downstairs to see if Santa came...
 HE CAME!...(Caleb was genuinely worried.)
Excited as can be! This was at about 7am. Not too bad...
Janie got a set of princess books. I've never been a really princessy, sparkly, super girly mom. Janie changed that. You can't take the princess sparkle out of her!...
Caleb opening his bubble gum machine...
Claire's American Girl doll got sent to the hospital and came back with a new head that didn't have pen all over it and new nicely combed hair. She was so excited...
Liza got that fun trampoline and this...
 Balls! Liza LOVES balls...
Here they are opening their very own tablets. Janie's reaction was the best! She about lost her mind...

 SPOILED...
 BHAHAHAHA...
Claire was so nice and got Caleb this dart set...
So handsome in his new hat...
 Ivy with Janie's new babies...
After we opened presents, we were feeling good. So much joy that day!...
 My favorite gift of all...
She's looking too old these days. She was dying for those headphones and was saving up for them. Lucky for her, Santa got them instead...
You can kind of see that smile. All of the kids love that thing...

We finished our day with a visit from Grandma and Grandpa Burnett, Kristin, Caitlin and Matt and Grandma and Grandpa Peterson. They spoiled us all completely rotten. It's so much fun having the only grandkids on the Bennion side! But we also wish we had cousins. After a fun morning at home, we headed to Grandma and Grandpa Bennion's house and opened even more gifts and had a lovely dinner with family.

My favorite gift was my camera and a gym pass. It was a perfect Christmas. So much love. Isn't that what it's all about?
